Hellooooo!!! My name is Michelle, and I’m a confessed geek, music lover, sun chaser, dad joke enthusiast, mum and a Perth-based virtual assistant.
I work with established small business owners to help them catch up and regain momentum in the ever-changing online world. I also work with new small businesses to bring their online brand vision to life. Whatever my task is, my main aim is to make this process as smooth and effortless as possible for my clients.
I specialise in the creation of websites and eCommerce stores. I set up, maintain and build database management systems for things like inventory and people management. And I assist people through the digital marketing processes of search engine optimisation and the powerhouse that is Google.
Through the love of photography, I create graphical screen content and am a whiz in the Adobe Creative Cloud programs – I can make your product photos sing!
I am currently studying Digital Marketing, and have completed three years of a Marketing/Management degree, alongside two years in law school. I have a strong administration background with over 15 years of experience in various administrative, Executive Assistant and HR roles in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Having worked most of this time in regional and remote areas, I’ve developed a unique approach to problem-solving. I also gained the reputation as the “go-to-girl for computer stuff” as support was rarely readily available.
Ever since I was little, I’ve always wanted to help people – I’ve got this unreal passion for it. There’s also this creative element to what I do that keeps driving me to learn more about what I do. I could go on and on, but right down to it – I love seeing people reach their goals and love being able to help them get there!
